Great amenities, beachfront location, and ocean views were amazing. Pools and common areas were well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were a plus.

The rooms were outdated and in need of renovation, with stained carpets and old furniture. Housekeeping was not thorough, with dirty linens left on the floor and trash cans not emptied.

We had a room with a stunning view from the 12th floor. The room was cleaned daily and had a very spacious bathroom. There were several pools available, and the location was close to the beach and parking garage.

The hotel was understaffed, leading to long waits at the restaurants and for housekeeping. some areas were dirty and lacking supplies, such as the Starbucks.

The hotel was clean, with immaculate rooms and super clean common areas. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a short walk to the boardwalk and down the beach. the hotel facilities were amazing, offering guests a wide array of amenities. The staff was also friendly and were great too assist with any requests. the experience was great and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Along the beach, there were many food options and exciting attractions, making for a memorable stay.

The restaurant on site was a bit lacking, and we found ourselves dining out more often than not.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right on the beach and close to everything that is fun in the area. You don't have to go far to enjoy all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The staff here really impressed me with their attentiveness and friendly service. They were always available to help and made sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a good view of the surroundings. The attention to detail was evident, and everything felt fresh and inviting. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and had a good variety of options. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore.
